After the huge success of The Fair Finder as a Book Week gift, now comes the long-awaited theatre version! This is not only a new take on the popular novella, but also Lize Spit's theatre debut. 🎭
The story is set in the late 1990s in the Flemish Kempen region, where Jimmy, a bright but lonely boy, develops a special friendship with Tristan, the son of Kosovan refugees. As he sees his mission to get Tristan through the school year, Jimmy grows closer and closer to the refugee family. But when the Ibrahimis are suddenly expelled after a year, Tristan has a plan that will put Jimmy to the test.
With top actresses Evelien Bosmans and Daphne Wellens, directed by Nico Sturm, together with the youngsters of Tutti Fratelli, they bring this moving story to life. A compelling theatre experience you don't want to miss! 🎬
